البــــــلاغ التالــــــي:
في إطار المتابعة المستمرة التي تقوم بها شعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي لتحديد المتورطين بعمليات تجارة وترويج المخدرات في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية وتوقيفهم، توافرت معلومات للشعبة حول قيام مجهول بتجارة وترويج المخدرات من داخل منزله في محلة الأوزاعي.
على أثر ذلك، باشرت القطعات المختصة في الشعبة إجراءاتها الميدانية والاستعلامية لكشف هويّته وتوقيفه. وبنتيجة الاستقصاءات والتحريات، توصّلت الشعبة الى تحديد هويته والمنزل الذّي يستخدمه لتجارة وترويج المخدرات، ويدعى:
- م. ع. (مواليد عام 1969، لبناني)
بتاريخ 13-2-2023، وبعد عملية رصد ومراقبة دقيقة، وبعد التأكد من تواجده داخل منزله في محلة الأوزاعي، داهمت إحدى دوريات الشعبة عملية منزله وألقت القبض عليه، كما أوقفت برفقته اثنين من زبائنه اثناء قيامهما بشراء المخدرات منه وهما:
– ع. ع. (مواليد عام 1996، لبناني)
– ع. ر. م. مواليد عام 2000، لبناني) وهو مطلوب بجرم محاولة قتل.
بتفتيش المنزل تم ضبط ما يلي:
– /9/ اكياس من مادة الماريجوانا زنة الكيس حوالي /13/ غ
– /7/ مظاريف سانيتا من مادة الماريجوانا زنة المظروف حوالي /2/ غ
– مظروف بداخله مادة الكوكايين زنته حوالي /1،5/ غ
– كبسولتين بلاستيكيتين بداخلها مادة الكوكايين زنتهما بالكامل حوالي /8/ غ
– كيس نايلون بداخله حبوب كبتاغون زنتها بالكامل حوالي /1،3/كغ
– /8/ قطع من مادة حشيشة الكيف زنتها بالكامل حوالي /700/ غ
– مظروف بداخله مادة حشيشة الكيف زنته حوالي /59/ غ
– /5/ اكياس من مادة حشيشة الكيف زنتها بالكامل حوالي /1،5/كغ
– /3/ عبوات دواء نوع Rivotril زنتها بالكامل حوالي /1،3/ كغ
– /231/ حبة دواء نوعي Tramadol 225، Tramal Rapid
-/8/ كبسولات بلاستيكية فارغة تحتوي على آثار الكوكايين وصاعق كهربائي
– ميزان حساس، ومبلغ مالي، و/5/ هواتف خلوية.
بالتحقيق معهم، اعترف الاول بما نسب اليه لجهة قيامه بتجارة وترويج المخدرات من داخل منزله في محلة الاوزاعي، واعترف الآخران بتعاطي المخدرات والاستحصال عليها من (م. ع.).
أجري المقتضى القانوني بحقهم، وأودعوا مع المضبوطات المرجع المختص بناءً على اشارة القضاء.
